The model provides for a documented decision and, when the criteria are met, a digitally registered certification.

Illustrative translation of the supplied design. Names, dates, levels and identifiers are sample data, not an issued certification or approved standard.

The certification will identify the demonstrated competency, the applicable standard and the organization responsible for assessment.
The model includes a QR code linked to the digital registry to check the authenticity and status of your certification.
International recognition will depend on the agreements Talentia establishes with institutions and organizations in each market.
Issuance and digital verification are not yet available. Scope, validity and terms will be defined before certification is offered.
Assessment and trust
Understand the proposed assessment approach and what must support a Talentia certification.
Each competency profile must specify the expected performance, criteria and evidence for its three areas of proficiency.
The model must document evidence assessment and define responsibilities, result reviews and complaint procedures.
The planned registry will allow users to check the certified competency, issuing organization and document authenticity.
Knowledge: responses to case studies or questions about the competency.
Performance: observation of a task or simulation.
Work product: a verifiable deliverable, project or portfolio.
Specific instruments and criteria must be defined for each competency before assessment is offered.
The proposal allows for recognition of skills gained through experience or training at different institutions. Certification will depend on meeting standards and providing evidence, not simply attending a course.
This pilot presents the initial catalog. Applications, requirements, fees, timelines and digital certificate lookup are still to be defined and enabled. This page does not accept documents or issue certifications.
Talentia has an international outlook. The scope of its certifications will depend on formal agreements and recognition arrangements. This proposal does not establish equivalence or endorsement by CONOCER, SENA or any other national authority.
Under the proposed model, assessment must identify unmet criteria and provide feedback. Terms for additional preparation, reassessment and result reviews must be published before the service begins.
